18+ OnlyThese Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pk69 ("pk69", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and entertainment platform accessible at pk69.vip ("Platform"). 2.1 Age Requirement. The pk69 Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. pk69 will conduct age verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal. Where there is reasonable suspicion that a player is under 18, pk69 reserves the right to suspend the account and withhold funds pending verification. Winnings accrued during a period of suspected underage play may be forfeited.
2.2 One Account per Player. Each player may hold only one registered account on the pk69 Platform. Creation of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds or bonuses.
2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. pk69 may request documentary evidence to verify any information provided at any time. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.
2.4 Jurisdictional Responsibility. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the pk69 Platform is lawful in your province and jurisdiction within Pakistan. pk69 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or legal for use in any particular jurisdiction. If you are unsure about the applicable laws in your location, you should seek independent legal advice before registering.
3.1 Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. pk69 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify pk69 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
3.2 No Account Sharing. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You must not permit any third party to access or use your account. All activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorised by you.
3.3 Account Closure. You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting pk69 support. Prior to closure, any outstanding bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant game rules, and any verified balance will be returned to your designated withdrawal method, subject to standard processing times and any applicable verification requirements.
4.1 Accepted Methods. pk69 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa debit card, and USDT TRC20. Accepted methods may change from time to time; the current list is available in the Cashier section of your account.
4.2 Currency. All transactions on the pk69 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency transactions are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
4.3 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of the transaction. pk69 reserves the right to set minimum withdrawal amounts and may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
4.4 Processing Times. Deposits are generally credited to your account within minutes of confirmation. Withdrawal processing times vary by method. pk69 targets processing verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours; however, bank transfers and certain methods may take longer due to third-party processing schedules.
4.5 Player-Owned Payment Methods. All payment methods used must belong to and be registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party payments are not permitted and may result in account suspension and reversal of transactions.
5.1 General. pk69 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements and eligible games for each bonus are stated in the promotion terms. Withdrawal of a deposit before completing applicable wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of the associated bonus and bonus-derived winnings.
5.3 Abuse. pk69 reserves the right to withhold, void, or claw back bonus funds if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or any form of collusion. Determination of abuse rests solely with pk69.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game or betting market on the pk69 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface or market detail page. By placing a bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.
6.2 Finality of Results. The outcome of all games and betting markets, as determined by pk69's systems (or, in the case of sports betting, by the relevant sporting authority), is final. Errors in the display of odds or game results due to technical malfunction may be voided at pk69's discretion, and stakes returned.
6.3 Palpable Errors. In the event of a manifest error in odds, game parameters, or pay-tables (commonly referred to as a "palpable error"), pk69 reserves the right to void bets and return stakes. pk69 will not be liable to pay out at erroneous odds or on the basis of a software error.
6.4 Unfair Advantage. The use of bots, scripts, automated betting systems, or any software designed to provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. pk69 employs monitoring systems to detect such activity and reserves the right to permanently ban and forfeit the funds of any player found to be in breach of this clause.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk69 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds due to technical interruptions, loss of data, or inability to access the Platform. pk69's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
pk69 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption or free from errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect availability. pk69 will use reasonable endeavours to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime.
An account is classified as dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months and a positive balance remains. pk69 will attempt to contact the account holder via their registered contact details prior to applying a dormancy fee. A monthly administration fee of Rs 500 (or the total remaining balance if lower) may be deducted from dormant accounts. Accounts with a zero balance may be permanently closed after 12 months of inactivity. Accounts subject to self-exclusion are exempt from dormancy fees during the exclusion period.
12.1 Amendments. pk69 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact details on file or by prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12.2 Termination by pk69. pk69 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where: there is a breach of these Terms; there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; or continuation of the account would expose pk69 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk. In such cases, any funds attributed to prohibited activity may be withheld pending investigation.
These Terms are governed by applicable international gaming regulations in the jurisdiction of the Platform's licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pk69 Platform, you agree to first contact pk69 support to seek an informal resolution. pk69 operates a formal complaints procedure; if a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through informal means, you may escalate it through the formal complaints process described in the support section of your account.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
