Access your account via the pk69 Login page using your registered mobile number and password.
Tap your profile icon (top right) and select "Account Settings" from the dropdown menu.
Scroll to the "Responsible Gaming" section within Account Settings. All tools are listed here.
Select "Self-Exclusion", choose your exclusion period (6 months, 1 year, 2 years, 5 years, or permanent), and confirm.
Your account will be suspended within minutes. You will receive a confirmation to your registered mobile. The exclusion cannot be reversed before the period ends.
